A painting that took me way longer than it should have today haha. I hope you guys like it and that it's a little more fresh than some of my other recent work that's been posted. Let me know what you guys think about it :)

Brilliant piece of art.
it really gives the feeling of partial safety a soldier feels in this kind air superiority.
keep it up

Gee, thanks man I'm glad you like it! :) I'd love to do more aerial views like this with a little more intensity, explosions and drones whizzing by.

Man this crunk is foshizle! I love the angle of the shot, it sorta gives me a sense of involvement, like it draws me in. Plus i'm obsessed with helicopters so... Yeah. How did you get the transition of light to dark on the helmet so smooth? Anyway great job, this is inspiring me to make some digital art but ah lost the pen for mah tablet! GAH! Oh well just going to have to buy a new one. Keep up the amazing work!

Haha thanks man I appreciate that :) For the helmet I used a soft brush at a very low opacticy and I continued to sample in the area I was painting so it came out smoothly. I appreciate that man, Im glad you like it and if you have any other questions about digital painting hit me up anytime.

Thanks for that! Seeing as I lost the pen a long time ago i'm guessing you can change the softness of the brush up in the tool bar? Now to just save up seventy five buckaroos and head up to the city...
